This time, it was on <strong>transmission systems<\/strong>, drawing <strong>transmission system and equipment manufacturers, users, engineers and EPCers.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Besides Prosertek&#8217;s industrial and technical staff, and installers in general, different <strong>manufacturers<\/strong> such as <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bonfiglioli.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bonfiglioli<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nskeurope.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NSK<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rud.com\/en\/home.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">RUD<\/a> participated in the Forum, along with <strong>global engineers and EPCers<\/strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.engineeringandconstruction.sener\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sener<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/web.proes.es\/home.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Proes<\/a>, and <strong>end users<\/strong> including <a href=\"http:\/\/petronor.eus\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Petronor<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bilbaoport.eus\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bilbao Port<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>After customary introductions, the forum followed the programme presented below:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Bearings<br \/>\nAsier de Olazabal, an NSK technician,<\/strong> gave the speech on <strong>bearings<\/strong>, with a basic introduction to bearings and the kinds in existence, the most common problems with bearings in the Port Industry and technical solutions to those problems, as well as tools and equipment for proper bearing assembly and monitoring.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-19706\" src=\"https:\/\/prosertek.comwp-content\/uploads\/foro2017prosertek2.jpg\" alt=\"Foro Prosertek 2017\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" srcset=\"https:\/\/prosertek.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/foro2017prosertek2.jpg 800w, https:\/\/prosertek.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/foro2017prosertek2-300x169.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Traction systems with link chains<br \/>\nHeibert Herzog, a technician from RUD,<\/strong> gave on a presentation on <strong>link-chain and pocket-wheel based systems<\/strong>, extolling their benefits over conventional systems, and the different applications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-19707\" src=\"https:\/\/prosertek.comwp-content\/uploads\/foro2017prosertek3.jpg\" alt=\"Foro Prosertek 2017\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" srcset=\"https:\/\/prosertek.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/foro2017prosertek3.jpg 800w, https:\/\/prosertek.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/foro2017prosertek3-300x169.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Energy efficiency<br \/>\nAlbert Ginest\u00e1, a technician from Bonfiglioli,<\/strong> gave the speech on <strong>energy efficiency<\/strong>.
